Join Michelle DuVal, MA, director of The Mindful Center, for a 4 day retreat that will be part silent, part discussion, giving you the chance to go deep into your personal practice, get any questions answered, and get some guidance through any obstacles that may arise. All participants also receive a set of guided meditations to practice with both before and after the retreat.

The Ghost Ranch Retreat

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter a different rhythm—one shaped by nature, a loose schedule, and mindful attention. That's the invitation of retreat: to slow down, spend meaningful time in meditation, and rediscover the peace that's so often hidden beneath the noise of daily life.

Nestled in the breathtaking high desert of Abiquiú, New Mexico, Ghost Ranch is surrounded by the dramatic red cliffs and expansive skies that inspired Georgia O'Keeffe's most iconic paintings. Set on more than 21,000 acres of extraordinary landscape, it provides a peaceful setting for guided and silent meditation, reflection, and renewal. Accommodations are simple, comfortable, and include private bathrooms, creating a restful home base for your retreat experience.
