Program Description
Mindfulness Master Class is designed as a full education in mindfulness—not just how to
meditate, but how to live with greater clarity, energy, and presence. Over five carefully crafted modules, you’ll explore mindfulness as a practice of letting go, waking up, engaging fully with life, being at home within yourself, and relating more skillfully with others. The program balances modern neuroscience, lived experience, and time-tested contemplative practices. Teaching is paired with a large library of guided meditations and detailed coursebooks, allowing insight to deepen through practice rather than theory alone.
While this course is delivered through recorded Zoom sessions, this is a feature— not a limitation. You receive the depth of a live, multi-month training without needing to attend at specific times, and at a fraction of the original cost of the live program.
How the Program Unfolds
Mindfulness Master Class unfolds across five four-week modules, each building on the last and supported by extensive guided practice and written materials.
Module 1: Letting Go
You begin by learning the foundations of mindfulness through the lens of letting go. Stress is understood as a form of holding on; peace as a form of release. This module supports the development of a consistent daily practice, explores sleep as a critical form of restoration, and helps identify where energy is being unnecessarily spent. As these patterns soften, space opens for practice—and life—to deepen.
Module 2: Waking Up
With energy freed, attention turns toward living more fully awake. This module explores mindfulness as a practice of presence— waking up to choices, emotions, the body, and the ripple effects of our actions. Movement and exercise are integrated, recognizing that physiological vitality supports mental clarity.
Module 3: Engagement & Performance
Here, mindfulness meets passion. Whether your focus is work, creativity, athletics, parenting, or personal pursuits, this module explores how mindfulness supports excellence and engagement. Drawing from practices used by high-level performers, you’ll learn how to bring attention, resilience, and flow into what matters most to you.
Module 4: Being with Self
As practice matures, attention turns inward again. This module introduces more advanced contemplative practices, working with fear, resistance, health, mortality, and deeply ingrained mental habits. The emphasis is on developing a genuine sense of being at home in your own body and mind.
Module 5: Being with Others
The final module expands practice outward— into relationships, community, and the wider world. You’ll explore meditations that cultivate compassion, honesty, generosity, and steady presence with others. These practices support leadership, caregiving, and everyday connection, allowing mindfulness to become a shared, relational experience.
